When fully transformed, Starscream stands approximately 22cm tall and is amazingly well-articulated, right down to the moveable fingers. Starscream's chest can be lifted to reveal missiles, just like in the TV animation series, and his face part can be turned to reveal a sinister, smirking expression.

The only metal parts on this figure are some key joints and the base frame. The rest is made of ABS plastic. Accessories include a nicely detailed custom display base with stand, missiles to replace the nullray guns in jet mode, and a figure of Dr. Archeville from the TV animation series to sit in the pilot seat.
