Thanks for your feedback. Not all games on the game pass for PC does have achievments. If you select a game you could see if there is anything in the description that mention Xbox Achievments or not.

Games like Hellblade or Two Point Hospital have achievments. Also it is possible that the achievments are the same like on the Xbox One and could be unlocked only once.
